Cooking with Chef Jenn Jace's place in Chicago
Jenn came to my house to teach me and my friends
how to prepare a meal. Jenn Wylie trained at the French Culinary
Institute in New York City, and was the Grande Manager Chef at the
Everest Room when it became rated as the #1 restaurant by Chicago
Magazine for 2003. Along with her expertise and the food, Jenn brought
an assortment of Chef's acutrements for us to use.
